UtiliComm Solutions currently serves over ten thousand users of communications services including more than fifty financial institution locations, over a dozen professional corporations, and several manufacturing and distribution companies in over forty US states and Puerto Rico. Since incorporation in 1999, UtiliComm has operated for the sole purpose of providing communication solutions to our clients. UtiliComm has secured and remains in good standing as a Mitel Partner, an NEC America Authorized Reseller, an AT&T Solution Provider, a partner with Nitel USA, a partner with Lenovo, a Dell EMC Partner, a member of the Microsoft Partner Network, a registered partner with Cisco, and other needed partnerships and affiliations vital to providing state of the art communications solutions for our clients. Communications "as a Service" means all of costs of software licensing and patches and fixes are included in the monthly per seat recurring charge. Physical phone hardware is optional and typically not proprietary so there are numerous options to fit your specific needs without significant CapEx. As needs change licensing is added to the users that benefit, again without any CapEx.
